The Seed Underground is germinating! Due out August 1, 2012!

Picture

Seed-saving has been a lifelong passion for Janisse and she has loved working on this book about it, The Seed Underground: A Growing Revolution to Save Food.
.
The book is written and scheduled to be released this summer. Janisse has been working with an incredible editor at Chelsea Green Publishing, Brianne Goodspeed, who is giving the book wings or more aptly, cotelydons. Here Janisse is in her garden, which is full of vintage vegetables.

Watch for the cover image, coming soon.
